High Energy, Full Body, Music Driven
We begin with cardio kickboxing and move through fast-paced, dance-like, repetitive arm exercises while focusing on technique and POWER in movement. Your heart rate will be pumping for the first 30 minutes! Next, we slow down and move through smaller isometric movements to really target and tone the legs and booty while engaging the core. We finish with a mat Pilates-style ab routine, geared towards proper form and core conditioning. No muscle is left untouched in this FUN, upbeat class!
Equipment: Yoga mat, 2lbs and 4 lbs hand weights.
Optional: Loop resistance band, mini ball, and ankle weights to increase intensity.
